The Design concept for the Sunset Ridge was to create a floor plan for a hill side lot for a walk out basement. Our objective was to create a wall of windows across the back of the house to maximize the views from the Great Room, Kitchen, Dining Room and Master Suite. The home has a real “wow” factor when you walk through the front door and see the views. The shed roof over the back deck creates shelter while enjoying the outside area and protects the windows from direct sunlight keeping the house cool.
